She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Hammer and Paul Hammer of Lakeville; and her siblings, Kay and Don. She is survived by: her children, Dave Clemens, Sue Clemens and Renee Clemens. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
