She was predeceased by: her parents, Selma Stone (Grimsrud) and Merle Vernon Stone; and her in-laws, Delbert and Lucille Guy (Carr). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Guy; her daughter Cynthia Ali (Abdulkadir, family: Ahmed, Abdulfatah, Jamaal); her pet Ginger; and her son Charles Guy (Dorothea, family: Auden, Evann).

Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wulff Funeral Home (1485 White Bear Ave, St Paul, MN 55106). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Maple Lawn Cemetery (1918 4th St NW, Faribault, MN 55021).
