He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Meara and Kathryne O'Meara (Hankins); his siblings, Catherine Delaney, Sister Shaun O'Meara, Patricia Kucera, Walter O'Meara, William O'Meara and Lawrence O'Meara; and the mother of his children Carole O'Meara.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Washena); his daughter Rose Bentson (David) of Kilkenny; his granddaughter Carolyn James (Alan); his sons, Will Bentson (Jennifer Juckel) and Tim O'Meara (Bonnie) of Lakeville; his grandsons, Nathan and Garret O'Meara; his daughter Carrie Bergstrom (Todd "Bergy") of Lakeville; his grandchildren, Kyle, Shelby and Katie Bergstrom; his daughter Brenda Claeys (Joseph) of Owatonna; his grandchildren, Isabella and Ethan Claeys; his son James Scholljegerdes (Chandra) of Owatonna; and his grandchildren, Atlas, Arrow and Axton.
