It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otilla M. Schley (Faribault, Minnesota), who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kane and Anna Kane (Underdahl); her husband Wilmer A. Schley (Bill); her daughter Sandy Hanlon; her children-in-law, Steve Hanlon, Dean Trutnau and Peggy T. O'Brien Schley; her grandson Casey Trutnau; and her siblings, Joseph, Edward Kane, Elizabeth Gale and Annabelle Jirik.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Trutnau and Michael Schley; her grandchildren, Michele Hanlon, Steve Hanlon (Shannon), Scott Hanlon (Jennifer), Robert Trutnau (Julie), Angela Trutnau, Tricia Trutnau, Renee Schley, Maureen Schley (Bart) and Erin Schley; her great grandchildren, Charlie, William, Louis Hanlon, Lily, Emma Hanlon, Kallie Bennett (Peter), Cody Trutnau and Kortney Trutnau; and her great great grandchild Lennon Bennett.
