He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Barta and Arlys Barta (Schwake); and his brother Steve Barta. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Marie Barta of Faribault, MN; his son Scott Barta (Kelly) of Independence, MN; his grandchildren, Aiden, Carter, Emmit, Craig Barta and Dawn Lindquist of Williston, ND; his great grandchildren, Mattasyn and Samantha; and his sister Cindy Ann Barta of Faribault, MN. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
