She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Tonn and Margaret Tonn (Hoof); her siblings, Sophia Rolf (Herbert) and Marvin Tonn (Mabel); her niece Shirley Henderson (Rolf); and her nephew Dennis Rolf.

She is survived by: her husband H. Dave Schmidtke of Faribault; and her nieces and nephews, Sheryll Ann Harbaugh (David), Zona Raelson, Sonya Rosadio (Antonio), Mary Wilke (Rick), Michael Tonn (Christina), Matthew Tonn (Melissa) and Maurice Tonn (Sharon).

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Lila's name to donor's choice.
