He is survived by: his wife Becky Kotek of Faribault; his grandchildren, Kayti Parker, Riley Hill and Nicolas Hill; his siblings, Nettie Coughlin, Stacia Trnka (Joe), Edward Kotek, Betty Danielson (Steve), Mike Kotek (Janine), Bob Kotek (Michaela), Mary Kotek and Mark Kotek (Robina); and also Jim. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
