Herbert G. Kotek Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2025, at the age of 68, Herbert G. Kotek of Faribault, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Herbert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kotek and Marie Kotek (Hickey); and his brother Francis Michael. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Ackman (Jim), Mary Kay Sisler (Mark), Paul Kotek (Pam), Roxanne Kotek and Jerry Kotek (Kate). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Catholic Church (139 Mercy Dr, Faribault, MN 55021). A Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
