He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Kuhlman and Emelia Kuhlman (Grohman); and his brothers, Arnie and Vernard Kuhlman. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Koop (Don) of Pleasant Prairie, WI, Mike Kuhlman (Laurane) of Menomonie, WI, Tim Kuhlman (Joan) of Clark, SD, Jeff Paukert (Evie) of Shelton, WA, Dan Kuhlman (Donna) of Rochester, MN, Scott Paukert (Ann) of Zumbrota, MN, Kris Latcham (Bob) of Paynesville, MN and Kyle Kuhlman (Rika). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
The family prefers memorials be directed to the Benedictine Living Community of Owatonna in memory of Harvey.
