He is survived by: his wife Betty Hall (Nerstrand); his children, Sarah Sheats (Andre) and Michael Bultman (Ashley); his grandchildren, Ethan, Derek Bultman and Ella Sheats; and his siblings, Lucille Bultman, Charles Bultman, Carol McHugo (Steve), Arthur Bultman, Judy Bultman, Joan Bultman and Patrick Bultman (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
