He is survived by: his children, Ann Matejcek, Mary Matejcek, Frank Matejcek, Jane Cashin (Rick), Rita Matejcek, Stephen Matejcek and Paul Matejcek; his grandchildren, Matthew Cashin, Daniel Cashin, Brian Cashin, Joe Matejcek, Shanna Matejcek Filzen (Aaron), Janelle Matejcek Caprarola (Brian) and Blake Matejcek; and his great grandchildren, William Cashin, Elijah Cashin, Pia Filzen and Becket Filzen. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
