She was predeceased by: her father Hartley Schendel; and her pet Indie. She is survived by: her mother Jeanne Schendel (Sherratt); and her brothers, Scott Schendel and Adam Schendel. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Donna asked that memorials in her memory be made to the Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
