She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Pilarski and Irene Pilarski; her brother Donald Pilarski; and her in-laws, Tony and Lois Petraglia.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy; her children, Nick (Becky) of Columbus, OH and Emily of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Rocco and Athena; and her brothers, Dean, Douglas and Dennis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks everyone to cherish every day and live life to the fullest. Donations can be made to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or to the American College of Chest Physicians (chestnet.org/donate) in her memory.
