She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald L. Collins and Dorothy M. Collins (Polson); her siblings, Linda Wagner and Gene Collins; her grandson Joseph Pettis; her brother-in-law Paul White; her nephews, Corey Wagner and Joseph Collins; and her great-nephews, Nathaniel Wagner and Cody Wagner.
She is survived by: her children, Angel Pettis (James) of Bentonia, MS, Jason Surber of Kyle, TX and Beau Surber of Faribault; her sister Marsha White of Waseca, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Susan Collins of Winnebago, MN and Allen Wagner of Faribault. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
