She was predeceased by: her husband John; her parents, Louis and Joyce; and her brothers, Mike Colonna and Geno Colonna.

She is survived by: her children, John Jacobson (Kari), Jennifer Starkson (Greg), Jamie Jacobson, Jason Jacobson, Patrick Jacobson (LeAnn) and Jody Storebo; her grandchildren, Nancy Rolff (Jaymeson), Jason Starkson (Amber), Nichole Storebo, Clayton Jacobson, Katie Yaggie (Andy), Matthew Jacobson, Kelsey Johnson, Quinton Jacobson, Connor Jacobson, Rylie Starkson, Cassidy Jacobson, Cody Dunn and Dillon Dunn; her great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Sierra, Shiloh Rolff and Blayne Johnson; and her siblings, Joe Colonna and Katherine Porter (Bud). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Faribault Area Senior Center in memory of Toni.
