Virginia Marie Holcomb Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2023, at the age of 88, Virginia Marie Holcomb of Fairmont, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Virginia; her former husband Richard Bauer; her children, Elaine Miller (Bob Frieberg), Jeffery Bauer (Angie) and Rhonda Bauer (Jack Minson); her grandchildren, Karl Miller (Shellee), Karyn Schwagel (Francis) and Russell Bauer (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Silkee, Denver Miller, Ella, Kathryn Schwagel, Addison, Liliuana and Sophie Bauer; her siblings, Don Allison (Ferol), Joyce Phipps (Cecil), Vern Allison, Tootie Allison, Jim Allison (Lois), Eva Fisher (Mike) and Donna Johnson (Kenny); her husband Laurel Holcomb; her siblings, Richard Allison, Verna May Dudley, Delores Schultze, Mardella Donaldson and Caroline Sinclair; her nephews, Roger Schultze, Kevin Schultze, Dennis Schultze, Bruce Phipps and Mike Allison; and her pet Oreo. She was also cherished by friends, neighbors.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be left in Virginia's name to UHD Hospice, CREST, the Red Rock Center, Fairmont Opera House, or the East Chain Lutheran Church.
