As Sara departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Sara may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sara leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Don, Ruth Simmons and Duane Poulson; and her uncle Michael Poulson. She is survived by: her parents, Keith Poulson (Jodi) and Sheree Poulson (Simmons); her children, Halie Schofield (Hunter), Jaxson Thate and Trinity Thate; her grandmother Evelyn Poulson; and her stepsisters, Jessica Holtz and Jenna Holtz. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family.
