He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Gilmore and Muriel Robertson Gilmore; his stepmother Olive Gilmore; his parents-in-law, Frank and Olga Weber; his siblings, Barbara Boler, Diane Gilmore and Jerry Gilmore; his brothers-in-law, Kermit Nelson and Ed Zaborowski; and his nephew Terry Zaborowski.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Weber; his children, Christopher Gilmore and Angela Newville (Natalie Simmons); his grandchildren, Allison Wasson, Anthony Gilmore (Ashley), Ariel Gilmore (Ryan O'Grady) and Ashton Gilmore; his great grandchildren, Ella, Kobe Gilmore and Tyson Jones; his sister Cinda Morey (Greg); and his sisters-in-law, Donna Zaborowski and Kathy Gilmore. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.

The family asks that people are mindful of social distancing guidelines, wearing masks and best practices in helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
