He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Bolster (Bunny) and Dorothy Bolster; his wife Marge Jo; his daughter Cindi McNair; his stepmother Mary Bolster; his parents-in-law, Marvin and Marge Ettesvold (Flom); his stepmother-in-law Marilyn; and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Olson, David Burnham and Lauren Ettesvold.
He is survived by: his son Steven (Maggie Bostrom) of Minnetonka, MN; his grandchildren, Madi Baer (Garett) of Montrose, MN and Rylee Jones (Scott) of Lincoln, NE; his great grandchildren, Reegan, Nolan and Lincoln Baer; his sister Patty Burnham of Mitchell, SD; his half-siblings, Terry Sathoff (Mike) of Fairmont, Jon (Tonya) of Faribault, MN and Thomas of Fairmont; and his stepsister Susan Rosenberg. He is also survived by relatives, friends.
