He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Foster and Ruth Foster (Frankum); his brothers, Tim and Mike; his nieces, Angie Foster and Jamie Foster; and his brother-in-law Pat Kelly.
He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Foster (Rick) and Cheryle Kelly; his nephews, Travis Foster, Steven Foster, Warren Foster, Brian Guy, Ryan Kelly and Chad Kelly (Holly Holmbo); his niece Amber Smith; and his sister-in-law Deb Foster.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to the funeral home in Randy's honor.
