He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Schwieger and Lena Schwieger (Roth); his siblings, Ruth, Roy, Milton, Delbert, Gerald, James, Luverna Hartmann, Mary Armbrust and Lois Swenson; his siblings-in-law, Don Swenson, Wilbert Hartmann, Roland Anderst, Don Armburst, Orland Day, Arvid Thate, Erline Schwieger and Marion Schwieger; his parents-in-law, Carl and Frieda Thate; and also, Vanner and Delores Thate.
He is survived by: his wife Devorah Schwieger; his daughters, Dori Huemoeller (Jeff) and Krista Schwieger (Tom Eischens); his grandchildren, Tate Huemoeller, Josef Huemoeller and Alena Schwieger; his sisters, Dorothy Anderst, Eunice Day and Marlene Griffith; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Schwieger, Doris Schwieger, Verdell Harmon, Janice Thate and Dan Griffith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
The family requests that memorials be made in Lynn's name to Immanuel Lutheran Church of Fairmont or any Veterans Fund.
