It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard J. Scheff (Fairmont, Minnesota), who passed away on July 5, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Scheff and Matilda Scheff (Kahler); his parents-in-law, Fred and Shirley Cimino (Thompson); and his siblings, Lester (Dorothy), Lloyd, Harold, Willis, Lyle (Viola), Arlo Scheff, Finetta Johnson (Reinhold), Irene Daleske (Arnold), Delores Krumholz and Ardella Krumholz (Mark).
He is survived by: his former spouse Lylas Cimino; his spouse Lylas Scheff; his daughters, Lisa Thate (Rick), DeAnn Byers and Jessy Prchal (Ron); his great grandchildren, Angel Thate, Makaylah Thate, Zoie Thate, Tatum Byers, Veydah Thate and Aaliyah Byers; his siblings, Franklin Scheff (Betty) and Valera Meyer (Leroy); and his siblings-in-law, Susie Scheff and Leo Krumholz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
Memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.
