She is survived by: her husband Charles Tietema; her children, Elizabeth Foley, Patricia Curran (Daniel), Michael Tietema, William Tietema (Patricia), Christopher Tietema (Gerry), John Tietema, Mary Hinz (Curtis), Teresa McDonough, Jane Grimes, Margaret Lewis, Jacqualyn Tietema, David Tietema (Dana) and Thomas Tietema; and her sisters, Rose Duncan and Pat Padgett. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and siblings.
