She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Gieseke and Anna Gieseke (Johnson); her daughter Joan Freshwater; her son-in-law Douglas Peterson; her siblings, Evelyn Lenort, Viola Sepmeyer and Norman Gieseke; and her nephew Keith Gieseke.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald Anders of Fairmont, MN; her daughters, Joyce Peterson (Martin Hedstrom) of Rochester, MN and Janice Serfilippi (Peter) of Holiday, FL; her grandchildren, Lori Lawler (John) of Bayou Vista, TX, Troy Tyson (Sarah) of Zumbro Falls, MN, Darren Peterson (Rebecca) of Rochester, MN, Graysee Hempel (Jeff) of Prior Lake, MN, Jason Henton of Lakota, IA, Amy Deilke of Hinkley, MN and Lisa Klingbeil (Brian) of St. Paul, MN; her siblings, Dorothy Stewart and Merle Gieseke; and her friend Delmer Whitaker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
The family requests memorials be made in June's name to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fairmont and St. Paul Lutheran School in Fairmont.
