It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn A Mitchell of Fairmont, Minnesota, born in Mountain Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Roll and Elma Roll (Van Horssen); her son Merle Mitchell; and her brothers, Kenneth Roll and Lawrence Roll.

She is survived by: her former husband Ervin Mitchell; her children, Gail Pugsley of Wilmore, KY, Deanna Mitchell of North Mankato, MN, Clayton Mitchell of Granada, MN and Eileen Mitchell (Steve Welch) of Des Moines, IA; her daughter-in-law Nancy Mitchell of Fairmont, MN; her grandchildren, Jesse Mitchell (Angel Baysinger), Christopher Mitchell, Traci Mitchell, David Mitchell and Laura Willett (Thomas); her great grandchildren, Corey, Dustin, Clay, Brett, Daunte and Jasmine; her great great grandchildren, Everle and Parker; and her brothers, Rich Roll (LaVonne) and Stan Roll (Delores). She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
