He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mackey and Elizabeth Mackey (Noble); his wife Mary Ellen; his sisters, Judy Cobb and Joyce VanBeest; his sisters-in-law, Karen Mackey, Sandy Mackey and Mary; his niece Jennifer Mackey; his nephews, Jake Rubbelke, William Cobb and Daniel VanBeest; and also, Albert and Marian Mackenben.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Mackey, Bill Mackey, Betty Mackey and Mary Faulkner (Bob); and his sister-in-law Neva Beech (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
