He is survived by: his sons, David Picka of Fairmont and Brian Picka (Sara) of Victoria; and his grandchildren, Jacob Picka, Ethan Picka of Gary, SD, Thomas, Elisabeth and Lauren Picka of Victoria. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
