He was predeceased by: his father Gordon Willis Oltman; and his grandson Mark. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sons, Steven and Steve Oltman (Lorrie); his granddaughter Brittney Mast (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Emilee and Daniel; his grandsons, Sam and Josh (Sara); his daughter Carol Hazard (Stuart); and his granddaughter Anna Hazard-Flowers (Adam). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fairmont.
