He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Pendergast and Marian Pendergast; his brothers, Roger Pendergast and Mike Pendergast; and his great grandchild Lila.

He is survived by: his spouses, RoseAnn Kirsch and Jackie Pendergast; his daughters, Leslie Phyle (Mark) and Lori Taylor (Blair); his stepsons, Ron Williams (Rhonda), Tony Williams (Carolyn) and Scott Williams; his grandchildren, Brandon Phyle (Talya), Alyssa Peppin, Jenna Schulze (Kreg, Lee) and Carly Russell (Bill); his great grandchildren, Ava, Eden, Mason, Landon, Teagan, Maci, Ari, Paislee and Zaiden; and his sister Janice Peterson (Kenny). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
