Evelyn E. Helvig Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn E. Helvig of Fairmont, Minnesota, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Garbers and Lillie Garbers (Schultz); her husband Bruce Helvig; her grandson Marcus Saxen; her siblings, Merten Garbers, Merle Garbers and Ardis McKean; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Helvig and Alice Albertson.

She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Helvig (Karen) and Jennifer Saxen (Jon); her grandchildren, Mandy Brosnahan (David), Stephen Helvig (Elle), Daniel Helvig (Kendra), Taylor Saxen and Alex Saxen; and her great grandchildren, Amelia (Mia), Fynn Brosnahan, Eliza, Jack and Grayson Helvig. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
