With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Jeanette Olson of Fairmont, Minnesota, born in Madelia, Minnesota, who passed away on July 25, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Schulte and Nettie Schulte (Pankratz); her husband Seighfredt "Si" Olson; her daughter Cindy Verschelde; her grandson Jaxtyn Ferguson; and her brothers, Harold Schulte, Ed Schulte, Bob Schulte and Chris Schulte.
She is survived by: her son Tim Olson (Christy) of Fairmont, MN; her son-in-law Greg Verschelde of Fairmont, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Sarah McVenes, Scott Steinbrink, Stephanie Ferguson, Emily George (Eric), Ryan Graif (Melissa), Ashley Gilb (Jeremy) and Amber Olson; her sister Anita Faulhaber of Prescott, Wisconsin; and her brothers-in-law, Floyd Olson of Trimont, MN, Lloyd Olson (Dianne) of Trimont, MN and Kenny Olson of Trimont, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Diane's family prefers memorials sent to Alzheimer's Association.
