It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Della Obermeyer (Fairmont, Minnesota), born in Danvers, Minnesota, who passed away on November 13, 2017, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul August Albert and Florence Eleanora Gades (Beyer); her husband Palmer; her sister Flora Jean; her parents-in-law, Henry Obermeyer and Eda Obermeyer; and her sisters-in-law, Martin Obermeyer, Mattie Obermeyer and Esther Obermeyer.
She is survived by: her children, Janeen Perry (Eugene) of Grand Island, NE, Dorinda Obermeyer of Fairmont, MN, Jolaine McMahon (Timothy) of Altus, OK, Brenda Blanshan (Mark Loomer) of Albert Lea, Gloria Schad (Michael) of Rochester, MN and David Obermeyer (Sara) of Walters; her grandchildren, Jennifer Russell (Bryan), Geoffrey Perry (Kristen), Janet Cook (Tom), Gregory Perry (Rebecca), Amanda Taylor, Daniel McMahon, Christopher McMahon, Jessica Toot (Christopher), Adam Blanshan, Ashley Blanshan, David Schad, Benjamin Schad, Thomas Schad, Clint Schmidt and Christina Schmidt; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Russell, Shawn Russell, Alyson, Nathan, Nicole Perry, Sophie Larson, Penelope Larson, Margaret Cook, Cal Cook, Madison, Harper, Landon Perry and Sydney Toot.
