He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Pytleski and Eleanor Pytleski (Ternberg); his grandsons, Clayton Maurice Pytleski and Kenneth Donald Kuisle; his parents-in-law, Vincent and Norma Hytry; his brothers, Jerome Pytleski and Vernon Pytleski; and his nephews, Jeffrey Pytleski and Keith Pytleski.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Pytleski; his children, Lori Ann Nicklay (Bruce), David John Pytleski (Laurie), Pamela Kay Kuisle (Don), Barbara Lynn Rieger (Mark) and Christopher Clay Pytleski (Lia); and his sisters-in-law, Marjorie Pytleski, Karen Pytleski and Mary Lindner. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to St. John Vianney School Endowment Fund or the American Cancer Society.
