With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn A. Seidel of Fairmont, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2025 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carolyn A. Seidel to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Wedel and Ruth Wedel (Nolte); her brothers, Donald Wedel and Roland; her sisters-in-law, Vivian Wedel, Phyllis Wedel and Helen Seidel; and also David Seidel.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Seidel; her children, Kathryn Vargo (Larry) of Fairmont, Jennifer Fingarson (Jeff) of Becker and Todd Seidel (Kris) of Mora; her grandchildren, Joseph Vigil, Benjamin Vigil, Lance Vargo, Abigail Fingarson, Aaron Fingarson, Connor Seidel and Caitlyn Seidel; and her brothers, Harland and Dennis Wedel (Diane). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fairmont, Martin County Historical Society or St. Jude's Research.
