She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Alfred McCajah (Cage), Mary Elizabeth Sanders (Scott) of Oskaloosa, IA, Stephen and Myrtle Frazier (Larson) of Eddyville, IA.. She is survived by: her husband James Christian Neumann of Fairmont, MN; her brother Bryan Sanders (Tammra Robertson); her nieces and nephews, Emily, Allisen and Matthew of Sylvania, OH; her sister Nancy Sayles (Kent); her nephews, Colton and Chad of Grimes, IA.; her uncle Carmen; and her aunt Dorothy Sanders (Koehn) of Newton, IA..

Closed casket service attendance will be limited due to COVID-19 concerns; with the public gathering at 10:30 a. m., prior to services at 11:00 a. m. at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont with interment at Lakeside Cemetery in Fairmont.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations in Brenda's name be directed to their local food banks.
