She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolf Halmrast and Lillian Halmrast (Jorgenson); her husband Helmuth Heupel of Elgin, ND; and her siblings, Luella Martinson (Homer), Janet Ballard (Gene), Beatrice, Leonard Halmrast, Gerald Halmrast and Lester Halmrast.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Heupel, Greg Heupel (Judy), Deb Moeller (Dale) and Scott Heupel (Mary); her grandchildren, Desiree Holt, Matt Moeller (Angel), Danielle Moeller, Lahmya Heupel, Garrick Heupel, Grace Heupel, Lindsey Luhmann (Jeremiah) and Delaney VanZandt (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Eli, Chantel, Mariah, Luca, Marek, Willow, Brayden, Tylin and Peyton; her brother Merle Halmrast (Jaci); and her sister-in-law Lela Halmrast.
