He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Case and Donna Case (Kemkes); his brother Tom Case; and his great grandchildren, August and Ainsley Fredericksen.
He is survived by: his children, Ranae Case Evenson (Travis), Cory Case-Lentz (Jason), Patrick Case-Bemmels (Matt) and Austin Case (Megan); his stepchildren, Bo Qualls (Victoria) and Brian Qualls; his grandchildren, MacKenna Fredericksen (Cole), Parker Evenson and Dominic Evenson; his stepgrandchildren, Kennady Qualls and Kaisyn Qualls; his siblings, Peggy (Ron) of Louisiana and John Case (Rose); his sister-in-law Paula Case; his aunt Gloria Kemkes; the mothers of children, Ronda Bemmels Hess and Lisa Habeck; and his stepdaughter Pam Case. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
