He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Schulte and Florence Schulte; his former wife Elaine Schulte; and his siblings, Herman, Maynard, Marlys Reichenbach and Donna Schade.
He is survived by: his wife Georgia Schulte; his daughters, Linda Lang (John) and Christine Albrecht (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Ryan Knacke, Robert Lang and Rachel Lang (Jordan Walker); his stepchildren, Wayne Thran (Nora), Arlys Fischer (Gary), Marlene Benson (Douglas), Wallace Thran (Anita) and William Thran; his siblings, Glen Schulte (Kay), James Schulte (Kathy) and Karen Pioske; his siblings-in-law, Beverly Jenkinson, Sharon Schulte and Donald Schade; and his former wife Elaine Bethke. He is also survived by 8 other grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials preferred to Prairie Lutheran School in Gibbon or St. Paul's Lutheran School in New Ulm.
