He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mathiowetz and Loretta Mathiowetz; his siblings, Ronnie, Gerald, Lowell and Marlys Haala; his children, Danny and Karen; and his son-in-law Loren Hillmer.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes Homan; his children, Kelvin, Myron (Lynn), Kristi Lang, Mary Hillmer and Julie; and his brothers, Pat (Jane) and Duane (Carol). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
