She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Kocourek; her son Gary; her parents, Albert Black and Mabel Black; her stepmother Rose Black; her brother Loren Black; her sister-in-law Marfield Black; and her sister Marella Larson (Howard).
She is survived by: her children, William, David and Susan; her grandchildren, Ethan, Abby Kocourek, Breanna Engels (Ryan), Lauren and Noah Lukan; her brother EdVern Black (Sharon) of Texas; and her sisters-in-law, JoAnn Black, Ruth Black, Pauline Kocourek of San Francisco, CA, Pat Kocourek of Plano, TX, Lois Sutliff of Farmington, Lorrayne Conley of Andover and Betty Villesvik (Bob) of Stillwater.
