He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Patzner; his parents, Joe Clemens and Mary Clemens (Daly); his brother Donald; and his grandchildren, Jessica and Jeremey Clemens.
He is survived by: his children, Jerome Clemens (Antoinette) of Eyota, Teresa VanDuine (Russ) of Rochester, Rose Elliott (Scott), Richard Clemens (Carolyn) of Dover and Tom Clemens of Rochester; and his grandchildren, William Clemens, Sandy Bothun (Josh), Michael VanDuine, Sarah VanDuine (Mike Bordyukov), Ben, Nick (Kelsey), Josh Elliott (Sadie), Crystal Kesler (Brian) and Matthew Clemens (Allison). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
