She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Higgins and Nina Higgins (Nichols); her siblings, Duane Higgins and LaVonne Skillestad; and her sister-in-law Mavis Higgins.
She is survived by: her husband John Rother (Jack); her children, Mark (Jodi), Judy and Bruce (Jayne); her grandchildren, Ben Rother, Jackie Van Gundy (Brandon), Daniel Rother (Desi), Amanda Lightfoot (Nathan), Ashley Hughes, Gerad Robling, Michael Robertson, Jennifer Carpenter (Eric) and Andrea Berg; her brothers, Randy Higgins and LeRoy Higgins (Mary); and her siblings-in-law, Carol Higgins and Richard Skillestad. She is also survived by eight Great Grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to Faith United Methodist Church music program.
