It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel A. Johnson of Eyota, Minnesota, born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Johnson and Faith Johnson (Trumpy); his brother Richard; his brother-in-law Jeff Filkins; and also Gerald Wollenhaupt.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Adam Johnson (Megan) of Oronoco, MN, Andrea Johnson of Saco, ME, Evan Johnson (Deanna) of Las Vegas, NV and Ryan Johnson (Erica) of Eagle, CO; his grandchildren, Skylar, Nolan, Baya, Annabelle, Charlotte, Emma and Mabel; and his sisters, Kathy Steiber (Byron) of Iowa Falls, IA, Barbara Kratz (Dan) of Cherokee, IA and Nancy Filkins of Maiden Rock, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials given in honor of Dan will be left to the family's discretion.
