Willcox (Excelsior, Minnesota), who passed away on July 18, 2024 at the age of 75, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He is survived by: his sisters, Coralee Willcox and Lynn Willcox Ripperger (Gary); his nephew Philip Ripperger (Kacie); his nieces, Sara Ripperger Parker (Will), Dr. Amy Ripperger and Heidi Ripperger Carpenter (Phillip); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luke, Emma Ripperger, Thomas, Abby Parker and Malachi Carpenter.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Chapel View Care Center.

He was such a devoted and nice person to all members of the St. Croix Railroad Club and always helped on Club projects and lend a hand for my Dad in the Back Shop in Bloomington.
