He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayle Fellinger of St. Paul and William Fellinger of St. Paul. He is survived by: his spouses, William and Sammy Fellinger; his sisters, Gayle Diehl and Joellen Jones; and also Billy.

In lieu of flowers, Sammy asks that memorials are preferred to your local animal shelter in William Fellinger's name.
