He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Carmichiel and Julie Carmichiel. He is survived by: his sister Arla (Steve Kelley); his sons, Jon (Bree), Tom and Joey (Jill); and his grandson Everett. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
