He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; his parents, Jack McKenzie and Marie McKenzie; and his niece Jackie McKenzie. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Ogle (Bill) and David McKenzie (Kristin); and his siblings, Pat Schmitz and Mark. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
