He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Swain and Marjorie Swain; his former wife Sue; his son Jason; and his sister Carol Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Marty; his son Eric of Bedford, ENG; his grandchildren, Aidan of Utrecht, NLD, Olivia of London and Dylan of St Andrews, SCT; his stepchildren, Nick Heiberg (Tracy) of St Louis Park and Carrie Goodroad (Chad); his stepgranddaughter Nina of St Paul; and his brother Tom of Omaha. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Prairie Community Church, as Ron held a deep appreciation for the church and its mission.
