She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl and Carrie; and her sisters, Carol, Donna, Elna and Margaret.

She is survived by: her children, Paul (Cassie) and Julia Scholl (Scott); her grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah Czech (Isaac), Anna Williams (Austin), Hezekiah and Caleb; and her great grandchild IJ Czech.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Minnehaha Academy.
