He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Knapp and Georgianna Knapp; his brother Michael (Adelia); his nephews, Travis and James; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy, Richard Owens and Arthur Rosenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Sara; and his siblings, Claudia Owens, Charles, Kathryn Hanz (William), Patricia Lambert (Robert), Georgianna Saumweber (James), Joseph (Deborah), Francis, John (Vicky), Henry and Elizabeth. He is also survived by aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Memorials preferred to St. John the Baptist Catholic School.
